Customer service was very understanding and offered to have it returned or altered. However, after a few times of wearing it, the jacket is fitting much better- just give the leather a chance to get to know your shape. Getting tons of compliments now."

"This jacket was for my wife. I've purchased leather jackets online before and it's always a hit or miss with sizes and leather quality so I was not expecting much due to the price. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The leather is nice and thick with a nicely sewn lining. Much better than anything purchased on Amazon or from China. Just be aware that it's made to order from Pakistan so it'll take a month or so to receive it but service was good and they answered questions immediately. My wife loved her jacket and now I'm looking for a jacket for myself. Great experience with the Jacket Maker."
